TERMS OF USE

I agree to not enter the property or book any services if I or anyone in my party are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if myself or anyone in my party have been in close contact with a known case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days. I agree to wear a face covering when entering the building, and whenever required by staff inside the building to wear a face covering. I agree to follow all posted rules for use of the facility and that failure to comply with posted rules will be grounds for denial of use of the Forest Ridge Sports Club.
